Vietnam travel campaign 2025

  1. The campaign is organized and conducted by Premium Brands OÜ (Siduri 9, Tallinn 11313; hereinafter referred to as the Organizer).
  2. The campaign is carried out in the MySnack online store and in the stores of product resellers in Estonia and Finland.
  3. Campaign period: 01.09.2025–15.12.2025.
  4. All customers aged 14 and over may participate in the campaign, except employees of Premium Brands OÜ and their family members. If the grand prize trip to Vietnam is won by a participant under 18 years of age, they are required to transfer the prize to a person who is at least 18 years old.
  5. To participate in the campaign, one must purchase MySnack products, scan the QR code on the product, and register for the campaign by entering the receipt number.
  6. If multiple campaign products are purchased, the purchase is considered as one, and the customer participates in the prize draw with a single registration.
  7. The participant’s email address will be added to the MySnack newsletter mailing list, from which they can unsubscribe at any time using the “Unsubscribe” link.
  8. The Organizer will draw prizes among all registered participants, including one box of MySnack products every week, one snack credit worth 100€ once a month, and, after the campaign ends, the grand prize—a free 10-day trip to Vietnam with the MySnack team.
  9. Draws for MySnack products will take place every Monday among the previous week’s participants. Draws for the 100€ snack credit will take place on the first Tuesday of each month among participants from the previous month. The grand prize draw for the Vietnam trip will take place between 16.12.2025 and 21.12.2025.
  10. The grand prize trip to Vietnam is scheduled for March 2026. The Organizer reserves the right to change the travel dates in agreement with the winner, provided that such changes do not reduce the content or value of the prize.
  11. To receive the MySnack product prizes or use the snack credit, winners will be sent a unique code via email, which can be used once in the Organizer’s online store at www.mysnack.shop. If the order amount exceeds 100€ when using the snack credit, the winner must pay the excess amount when placing the order. The Organizer will contact the grand prize winner via email and personally arrange all travel-related details.
  12. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or replaced with other items.
  13. Winners will be notified via the email address provided during campaign registration. The winners’ first name and the initial of their last name will be visible on the MySnack campaign terms page until 31.12.2025.
  14. The handover of prizes will be arranged between the winner and the campaign Organizer. To claim a prize, winners must present a purchase receipt of MySnack products or an order confirmation code from the online store.
  15. The campaign rules are established by the Organizer in these terms and conditions. All decisions made by the Organizer regarding the campaign are final and binding for all participants.
  16. By participating in the campaign, the participant agrees to the processing of their personal data within the scope of the campaign. The Organizer will process personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.
  17. The winner of the Vietnam trip agrees that the Organizer may take photos and videos of them during the trip and use them for marketing purposes (including on the website and social media) without additional compensation or time limitations, in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
  18. The winner of the trip is required to obtain valid health insurance at their own expense before the trip. The Organizer is not responsible for any accidents, health issues, property damage, or other unforeseen incidents that may occur during the trip.

  20. The Organizer reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the campaign early, cancel prize draws and/or withhold prizes, and will inform participants immediately through the website or another appropriate channel.
