Ellyt Talv Awarded the Title of “Estonia’s Best Supply Chain Manager 2025”

Ellyt Talv is “Estonia’s Best Supply Chain Manager 2025”

A Major Recognition at the Pärnu Supply Chain Conference

We are thrilled to announce that Ellyt Talv, founder and CEO of MySnack OÜ and Premium Brands OÜ, has been named Estonia’s Best Supply Chain Manager 2025. The award was presented at the Pärnu Supply Chain Conference held on May 29–30, where the winner was determined based on the combined results of the jury and a public vote.

This year’s public vote saw strong participation, with a total of 3,255 voters—52% of whom cast their vote for Ellyt Talv. This remarkable result reflects the widespread public support and recognition for her dedicated work and values.

A Visionary and Business Developer

Ellyt Talv is a visionary and business developer whose role has been crucial in MySnack’s success story. Under her leadership, a supply chain has been established that connects exotic fruit growers in Asia and Italy with local consumers in Estonia and across Europe. Ellyt’s model is built on direct relationships with producers, transparency, and sustainability—values that are at the core of MySnack’s entire operation.

Product Development in Collaboration with Scientists

In addition to managing the supply chain, Ellyt is actively involved in product development. All MySnack recipes are her own creations, and product innovation is driven in collaboration with Estonian researchers, including research institutions like TFTAK. Her efforts have contributed to increasing the share of organic farming in Vietnam and introducing international quality standards into the raw materials, such as EU Organic, Fair Trade, and Rainforest Alliance.

A Supply Chain That Begins With Raw Materials

During a panel discussion at the Pärnu conference, Ellyt emphasized that a successful supply chain starts with the raw materials. For MySnack, this means mango trees in Vietnam, seaweed from South Korea, and berries from Estonian fields—all connected through a well-thought-out and reliable logistics system.

The Award’s Purpose and Other Finalists

The purpose of the competition is to highlight the contribution of supply chain managers to business performance and to recognize their strategic role. This year’s finalists, alongside Ellyt Talv, included:

Ellyt Talv recently gave an interview to Dr. Muddassir Ahmed, a globally recognized supply chain expert and trainer ranked among the world’s TOP 10 supply chain leaders.
